I had the 4 piece buttermilk chicken tenders and my boyfriend had the 6 piece tenders plus a sausage and cheese McMuffin from a McDonald's at Broad & Diamond Streets in Philadelphia yesterday (August 1 around 5pm). He has had diarrhea since 10pm last night. I have had diarrhea since 6:30 this morning. | 症状: 腹泻
