My husband ordered food here on July 6th, 2019 at 2:31 pm. The order included 4 cheeseburgers, French fries, a chicken sandwich and a chicken nugget happy meal. The chicken was the cause of the illness in my young son. My husband consumed the chicken sandwich and also felt queasy. | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
