I ordered 2 sausage and egg mcmuffins with extra bacon and 1 egg and cheese mcmuffin with no egg on the Saturday 9th February at 09:00 am. At about 1pm myself, my wife and my sister started having continuous vomitting and diarrhea was out pretty much the whole weekend. | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
