- comments: observed unused wiping cloths laying on prep tables and counters. Must properly store wiping cloths in adequate chemical sanitizing solution when not in use.

- comments: must detail clean/sanitize interior bottom of all refrigeration units of meat juices, food spills and encrusted food debris. Maintain at all times.

- comments: must detail clean floors at front around deep fryers and throughout rear of food spills and debris. Detail clean floor under storage rack at rear.
