A group of people came in and ordered after a school event. Multiple dishes were brought to the table cold and had to be reheated. The salsa tasted like cleaning chemicals. I ordered a chicken taco salad. It was primarily lettuce and tomatoes with a few pieces of jalapeño and crumbled cheese, and very little chicken. Within a few minutes of eating it, I started to feel a headache coming on. By the time I got home about 45 minutes later, my stomach started hurting and I was nauseous. I had to call out of work the next day due to dull headache, fatigue, bouts of nausea and diarrhea. No vomiting or fever was present during this time. | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 胃痛, 头痛, 疲劳
