Anniversary dinner on 12/14/16 around 8:30PM - Had Coconut Shrimp, Steak, House Salad & Chocolate Thunder. Both of us sick by 5:00 AM. Vomited thick dark oily sludge. Have been in bathroom practically for 4/5 hours. Very sad. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
