The ONLY thing I consumed today (in the past 24 hours), was a Chestnut Praline Latte and shared a Turkey Pesto Panini from Starbucks. We both felt queasy shortly after, and I started to feel like I was going to throw up, which followed me all day. I didn’t eat anything else.
