- comments: 4-202. 16: **c** nonfood-contact surfaces observed rusted, grease, and food encrusted storage racks in dish and dry storage areas. Surfaces must be smooth and easily cleanable. Instructed to clean and maintain

- comments: 4-101. 17: **c** wood, use limitation observed raw wood shelves, surfaces, and fixtures near and behind the front counter area and in the dish area. Instructed to seal or paint to provide a smooth and easily cleanable surface.

- comments: 6-501. 12: **c** cleaning, frequency and restrictions instructed to detail clean and maintain all cooking equipment, ingredient containers, racks and shelving, dust, grease, and dirt build-up throughout bar and prep, and dish. Recommended to increase cleaning frequency and maintain at all times.

- comments: 6-201. 13: **c** floor and wall junctures, coved, and enclosed or sealed observed unsealed dry wall with water damage behind handsink, 3 comp sink, and ice machine, at and bar. Noted missing baseboard at bar. Instructed to seal, wall gaps in between the floor and wall and provide a smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable surface for walls at bar.

- comments: 6-201. 11: **c** floors, walls, and ceilings- cleanability observed missing floor sections in bar area under beer coolers where wood has been installed; however, not sealed with lots of gaps and damaged floor tiles at bar, rear prep, and dish area. Instructed to repair to create a smooth and easily cleanable surface. Must maintain at all times.

Previous core violations not corrected: (#55) 6-201. 11: **c** floors, walls, and ceilings- cleanability found walls in poor repair in kitchen areas. (small holes, chipping paint, and crack/crevices)must repair walls in kitchen areas. Must correct core violations by the date on the report. Priority foundation violation #7-42-090. No citation issued at reinspection
