I had food poisoning from Taco Bell on the 15th of January, I still have the receipt. My order was at 6:30 pm, we ordered 1 Nacho del Grande, 1 cheesy gordita crunch, 1 five-layer burrito, 1 soft taco and 2 bean burritos with extra onions.We did seek medical attention due to my husband and I, both being sick, and it was confirmed it was food poisoning. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
