I had a Mexican pizza and a cantina steak burrito. At approximately 5pm on June 7th 2016. At 3 am on the 8th, I began vomiting with simultaneous diarrhea, 100.3 fever and headache. I couldn't keep anything down for the next 24 hours. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
