My kids went to Taco Bell, Order Diablo nuggets and nacho fries, quesadillas and burrito. My son became sick within 2 hours, throwing up and diarrhea, now my daughter has chills , throwing up, diarrhea and fever. Stay away from Taco Bell!! | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛, 发烧, 抽筋, 寒战, 头痛
