I had bought a meal deal. Chicken salad sandwich with the lemon and pepper mayo on Thursday 7th may. Once’s I had eaten it my stomach was right at all, couldn’t eat anything else after that and about 2am Friday morning I have been on the toilet with diarrhoea. This is now Saturday 9th may in the afternoon and I’m still having diarrhoea, feeling sick, stomach still in a lot of pain. I have phoned the doctors and they’ve told me what to do and hopefully by tomorrow I’m better. But this has been the worse two days of my life. It’s been horrible and still going on.| 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 胃痛, 抽筋
