pizza with red sauce ham bacon spicy sausageand pepperoni. I found a long blonde hair in pizza. Saw a lot of cross contamination between topping. right away felt nauseated went back to work within a half hour explosive diarrhea then I vomited it out of my system Thank God.I had to leave work early still having diarrhea and extremely sore stomach. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
