> Observed cold holing counter cooler (next to grill) not maintaining proper temperature. Observed ambient air temperature of 78.1F. Instructed must have all refrigeration with ambient air temperature of 41F or less at all times. Priority violation 7-38-005.
> Must provide proof of separate allergen training for all City of Chicago certified food managers.
