I grabbed a kids beef bowl with white rice on 05/20 around 5pm and after eating the rice bowl I have gotten severely sick with these horrible symptoms that I feel may have been from that since I also did not eat anything else and also when burping I keep getting reminded of the food I ate that made me sick| 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 胃痛, 发烧, 抽筋, 头痛, Burping
