我开始使用皮塔饼几分钟后，我的胃感觉有点滑稽。我决定今天把剩下的东西保存起来（顺便说一句这是昨天），因为我可能刚刚胃不好。我最终把大部分皮塔饼呕吐了，今天吃的部分也让我呕吐了。但是有可能来自我的胃炎，但是我的皮塔饼中没有任何东西对胃发炎有害，因此极不可能发生这种情况。

Around 730 pm last night I indulged in a chicken on the rock i had delivered to my door. It was still relatively warm but i did not reheat it. I went to bed around midnight feeling overly full and a little uncomfortable. Woke up at 6am and since then (it is now 330pm) I've been in the washroom sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我在午餐时间吃了一罐艾米的扁豆汤大约 20 分钟后，我的胃开始肿胀和疼痛。痛苦太严重了我被 curl 缩在地板上哭了。疼痛大约 20 分钟后恶心开始，之后不久我就开始呕吐。直到汤的所有痕迹都消失了，我的身体才会停止呕吐。呕吐 8 次，每 2 分钟吐出一次汤，然后干燥两次，然后用胆汁和少量汤再呕吐 2 次。我一生中从来没有这样做过。

我点了 #222 一小碗河粉，回家几个小时后，我开始收到非常糟糕的抽筋和日记，以为是汽油喝了薄荷茶然后服用了 Gravol，几个小时后我醒来时用同样的抽筋和日记，身体发冷，恶心，感到极度疲倦。我去看医生，他们排除了食物中毒的可能性。这是非常不公平的，因为他们仍然能够经营自己的业务。
