I bought myself a cheeseburger to hold my hunger until I got home from work. I noticed around 8:30 my stomach was experiencing severe cramps. I have had to run to the washroom many times in the evening and I also feel extreme nausea and stomach cramps!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

我在上午 10 点左右吃了，现在是凌晨 3 点 24 分，我大概在第 30 次坐在约翰上。我因腹泻而出现严重皮疹我的喉咙因呕吐而受伤，我不得不下班半天病假，因为这一切都是在下午 3 点左右开始的。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 皮疹
