Mcdonals big mac, Today and im pregnant i asked for no lettuce which i didnt recieve lettuce with was good but it made me vomit straight away and ive had bigmacs from everywhere ive went and never have had this problem. The food smelt off and the chips were also stale  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
