我订购了寿司和生鱼片包与海藻沙拉。我还没完成食物，因为它不是新鲜的。大约两个小时后，我已经呕吐了。我已经有 2 天的胃痛和腹泻  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 其他, 胃痛

Grand big Mac Consumed grand big Mac at 8pm. Slept with very unsettled stomach. Experienced violent vomiting at 10am the next morning. Vomited a few times in the space of an hour, then did not vomit again at all. Diarrhoea present as well.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

hamburger , 2 children one aged 1 and the other 2 years old symptoms started 2 hours later with the youngest projectile vomiting and  diarrhoea second child started symptoms a hour after   | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 发烧, 腹泻
