Salmonella 疫情与安大略餐厅有关

东南卫生部（SEHU）正在调查与安大略省珀斯洛基河咖啡馆有关的沙门氏菌疫情。疫情导致2025年7月15日左右在餐厅用餐的顾客中出现了几例病例。

SEHU报告了异常数量的Salmonella感染，这是一种细菌性疾病，可引起腹泻、发烧和腹部绞痛等症状。这些症状通常出现在暴露后 6 小时到 7 天之间。据信疫情源自洛基河咖啡厅供应的受污染食物。作为回应，SEHU已根据《健康保护和促进法》第13条发布了该餐厅的关闭令。在彻底检查确认可以安全重新开放之前，咖啡馆将保持关闭状态。

这个问题是在曾在咖啡馆吃过饭的人报告胃肠道疾病后发现的。SEHU正在与该餐厅密切合作，以解决该问题并防止进一步传播。卫生单位的检查报告是公开的，SEHU继续通过检查和教育将社区卫生作为优先事项。
