On 23.11.2019 around 10.00pm I ate boneless chicken fry from the restaurant nearby Sindhu bindu thurai street tirunelveli (opposite Dakshina mara nadar sangam building). Ordered pothichoru for lunch. The food was poorly packed up. Every food item mixed inside the same cover. Within 2 hours I became a frequent visitor to the washroom. Had a plain maggie in the evening and next day morning Iam down sick.  | 症状: 腹泻

Not sure had a meal 24 hours ago. Then over night train when I didn’t eat. The ate buffet at new hotel but couldn’t finish as diorra starting. Had loperamide and paracetamol. Trying to drink bottled water but now 5 hours latter very nauseated and vomiting , 2 others are unwell   | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛
