我在酒店的加勒比餐厅吃过饭。

我们星期五晚上刚回来。自周三晚上以来，我一直患有寒战、腹泻、身体疼痛、腹胀、恶心和胃痉挛。，我是唯一一个吃了杂烩的人。一小时之内我就生病了。剩下的旅程我没能吃东西。自从我们回家以来我就想吃东西，但是任何东西，即使是水也会导致严重的胃痉挛

Just started with diarrhea while we were there, It was 5 of use together 2 got sick on June 26 I got sick on June 28 another got sick on July 29 and last one got sick on July 2 and we left on July 2 and we all are still sick  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 发烧, 腹泻

我们于 7 月 4 日在餐厅吃晚饭，由于食物中毒已经生病了 2 天。看见了一名医生，他们说我们得了 “胃炎”。酒店表示他们很抱歉，而且他们遵守了很高的标准。他们不承担任何责任，但他们确实允许我在公共关系部做报告。我 12 岁的女儿和我（46 岁）是我会呕吐，可怕的，可怕的腹泻，恶心和胃痉挛。早上提供的医生对胃部抽筋有抗渗剂，晚上的医生给了我们 hidresec 治疗腹泻。我们在这里的 4 天中有 2 天是因为我们的病而迷路的。

从 2019 年 6 月 9 日开始，我两周前在大酒店。6 月 10 日，我们在一家名为玉（亚洲美食）的亚洲餐厅用餐，我吃了沙拉和味 o 汤。那天晚上我有严重的胃痛和发烧。到那个星期五天情况太糟糕了我去了墨西哥医院。由于医院护理不佳，我第二天出院，然后在那个星期六飞回家。我回到家时住院了 3 次，在第三次访问时，他们进行了粪便测试，证实了食源性疾病。我已尝试联系酒店，但没人会承认或接受我的疾病报告。
