一家我记不起它的名字的酒店。差不多两周前，我在科隆巴拉望（Coron Palawan）喝了一杯奶昔，它可能使用当地的水，也可能没有使用当地的水，而不是酒店声称使用的瓶装水。我去医院做了一些检查，医生说是这样。奶昔。我有恶心、呕吐、发烧。是的，我只想说的是，我认为我的食物中毒是由细菌感染引起的。

A groups of approximately 30 people (me and my friends) got food poisoning or water contamination. Many people vomiting and with diahrrea on the days of 03/10 and 03/11 of 2020. We are not sure if it was in the hotel one averee breakfast or on the boat tour lunch.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

it could have been that place or the food they cooked on the boat on our tour when we were island hopping The two of us are traveling together we both got sick at the same time I've recovered but my wife is still suffering  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Around 6 pm last night I ate Shanghai Lumpia. Woke up at 3am feeling nauseous. Have vomited 3 times in less than 2 hours. The regular lumpia sas okay. I had it the night before -so must be the meat  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
