It was in april of 2017, I still remember it (imagine how bad it was) and decided to report that. hotel food One person - me. Took around 4 hours to get sick - extreme stomach pain, vomit, high fever, diarrhea - all lasted a week  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐, 胃痛

I had a dinner last nigh in the restaurant hotel, Impar. few hours after I had cramps and around 2 AM it all went sideways. Haven't been able to sleep, eat and only had some water

I only ate the all-inclusive food at the resort. I had about 36 hours of stomach cramps followed by vomiting. This started in the first early hours of day 2 of the holiday. Impossible to pinpoint the exact food as it’s buffet-style and I tried a bit of most things.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
