Flight EK 609 DXB to KHI - Ate the standard Asian meal. Got sick after a few hours before eating anything else. Same happened on the way back to DXB from KHI. Severe Diarrhea and Fever both times. Still suffering after 3 days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

Emirates flight EK404 Dubai to Singapore, Only my son. I didn’t eat the breakfast offered. This was the last thing he ate today. Arrived at hotel directly from airport then slept 2 hours. Several bouts of vomiting  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 发烧
