我自己、妈妈和我的两个儿子都去必胜客吃午饭。我们唯一共同吃的就是我有奶油。第二天我们所有人都生病了，抽筋严重，呕吐等。没有参加的家庭都没有生病，这是唯一的共同点。  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 抽筋

I had an oreo milkshake and spent the night running between the toilet and the sink/ on the floor in agony. Only recovered once there was nothing more to vomit and i had taken some pepto  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
