On Friday the 14th June 2019 was at an Event. Had a chicken Kiev meal. Chicken was very tough and there was bone or cartilage inside the Brest. Woke up this morning and was running to the toilet with diarrhoea and vomiting. Still got an upset tummy with fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

Vomiting and diarrhoea next day after eating M&S Rosa verde salad. The only thing I ate that is different to my partner and he is fine. No alcohol consumption. Salad is within use by date and was newly opened.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

i ordered a all star flamin wrap meal which included chicken popcorn and a chicken wrap. later in the day i started feeling nauseous and then i became sick, its been a couple of days and ive still getting stomach pains and diarrhea.  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心, 胃痛

昨晚吃了几片披萨，感觉还不错，有点生气但还不错。我今天早上 5 点 45 分醒来时感觉一点也不舒服。我的头脑超轻，头晕目眩，脸色苍白，胃也很糟糕。我在街上吐了两次，试图赶回我的公寓。另外两个人吃了披萨，但我只是一个用大蒜酱的人，也只有一个人感觉很糟糕。

I had a fish and chips with a salad. The fish didn't looked too bad, but at the same time, was quite cold, same for the chips.
