Footlong Chicken Pizziola Sub with Chicken Breast, Pepperoni, Pizziola Sauce, Olives and Tomatoes. Got symptoms of Nausea the next morning and then frequent vomiting and diarrhoea and a fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Hi I had a 3 chicken select meal the other day and I was constantly vomiting in the morning just the chicken and still dont feel right and it wasnt just me whos been ill because of it also a few other people who had mc donalds that day  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered a dominos at 9pm it got here at 9:30 I started to eat the pizza and everything was fine, it got to about 10:30 and my stomach starts to hurt, and I feel quite sick, I ignore it and go to bed it’s now 00:09 and I cannot leave the bathroom I’m in so much pain!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
