有麦当劳，但味道不对劲，味道很硬，就像我居住的纸板一样继续吃东西，但是很快就停下来了，因为在我女儿经历了最严重的胃痛之后不久我就无法继续吃掉它，我告诉她这是胡扯。那天晚上我感觉很糟糕，无法停止呕吐，我感觉太热或者太热了。我今天也感觉真的很不舒服。

Whent in to get a mega melt for my breakfast. Brought a mega melt. Latter on in the day started to feel all fever ish and acking. Then having to keep running to the toilets. Did not eat anything eles all day. Also there was flies flying around and the lettuce looked brown. It did not look fresh  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

My youngest son and I had a Subway (the rest of the family didn't). We both got violently ill. 999 was called due to me blacking out, violently ill, high fever 39.8 celsius, confusion and well it was not pretty.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
