2017 年 4 月 19 日。我和我的朋友分别在下午 3 点左右吃了两个 Value Tacos，然后晚上 10 点左右从睡眠中醒来感觉很糟糕，然后跑到洗手间呕吐然后腹泻。这是整夜直到第二天中午左右。那天我很沮丧感到虚弱和可怕。同样的事情发生在我的朋友身上。德尔塔可是我要去的地方，但是之后我不想再在这个地方吃饭了。

At around five or four I went to del taco and ordered the macho burrito cambo. When I woke up the next day my stomach was hurting but I didn't know why. I was trying to use the restroom to see if that would help but I ended up vomithing. My stomach still hurts and I have the chills  | 症状: 呕吐
