2024 年 9 月 24 日晚订购并吃了 Double Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese Burger。我注意到了味道的不同但是把它刷掉然后吃了汉堡。进食三到四个小时后，我醒来时出现严重的胃痉挛、腹泻、呕吐和胃酸倒流，伴有恶心胃病，这种情况一直持续到深夜和下一个工作日。我最终因食物中毒离开了工作岗位，在那里我接受了治疗，但最终被救护车送进了医院，后来又进入了重症监护病房。我还有包装、购买收据和订单中的袋子。

I love chicken nuggets and once a month go to my local to order them. Three days ago I ordered some nuggets around five in the evening. I ate a few and notice they tasted a little off so about five or six nuggets in I threw… 更多

My daughter had a spicy chicken combo and when she got done eating it a few minutes later she started throwing up so I rushed her to the hospital because she wouldn’t stop throwing up and when we got there the doctor told us she had food poisoning  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Me and two other friends of mine ate from Wendys late Sundah night. I had the spicy chicken nuggets while they had the 4 for $4. We told eachother last night that we had all been experiencing frequent diarrhea since then and it is now Friday.  | 症状: 腹泻
