我在 2020 年 10 月 7 日有一张优惠券，决定从那里获得 2 个季度的英镑和奶昔，几分钟后我开始感到不适，感觉像是 4 个小时左右，我想再次吃点东西花了一段时间，因为我不想要另一种东西所以我停下来一起获得快餐。

I ordered a kids meal with chicken nuggets and fries around 11:30pm on 04/02/16. I went home and fell asleep. About 1:30 am, I began vomiting along with the backdoor trots. Still not feeling great as of 04/05/16.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
