2023 年 10 月 2 日星期日。俄勒冈州拉格兰德在 Taco Bell 吃了不到 2 个小时整晚都生病了那是我唯一吃任何东西的地方是晚上 9 点左右吃了多力多滋机车  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

My husband and I picked up fresh sandwiches for lunch along with our groceries on 12/3/2018. I got the Marketside Asian Chicken Bistro Wrap and was later violently ill. I only had coffee and toast before lunch and I am certain the wrap is what made me sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
