我和我丈夫昨晚在这个地方吃过饭（2021 年 11 月 1 日大约 5 点半），他吃了牛肉玉米饼。今天早上 8 点半左右，他因胃痉挛和腹泻而病得很重，体温降至 96.6，然后他开始呕吐。他仍然有这些症状，但没有那么频繁，他的体温已恢复到98.6。我吃了鸡肉 taquitos，而且还不错。我还向同一地点的经理报告了这件事。
我们以前在那里吃过很多次没有发生任何事件，但可能已经有一段时间不会在那里吃东西了。

I got a blizzard there and about thirty minutes later I felt awful. I had cramps and ended up vomiting later up in the night then diarrhea, and now its the next morning and i’m still hurting and Have nausea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

I did not get diarrhea, BUT I had lower abdominal pain immediately afterward and for hours later. Not terrible, but enough to make me not want to eat a hot caramel sundae or hot fudge sundae there again - by the way, neither the "hot" caramel or… 更多
