Bought premade gourmet burgers and jalapeno cheddar hot dogs. Grilled for dinner and 48 hours later 7 people are sick as a dog on memorial days.:/  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

After I got off of work I went to McDonalds. I ate the Grand Mac and a medium fry. A few hours later I went to sleep, feeling slightly nauseous. I woke up in the middle of the night with terrible stomach cramps. I went to use the restroom and had very bad diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋
