I got food poisoning from Burger King on Sunset Boulevard in Renton Washington and I got that from needing the 246 dollar combo of the chicken sandwich and the single one offer.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

有星巴克摩卡 frap。在他们开车穿过。1st 奇怪的是在开车穿过窗口的马戏团表演。一切看起来都很友好，但我认为那里的员工非常不专业。
大约 30 后来胃痉挛发作然后是肠胃痉挛，不止一次去洗手间，并随后出现更严重的胃痛和胃胀。自喝 micha frappachinno 以来已经过去了 7 个小时，希望我不会再生病了！

Ate teriyaki bowl around 6:00pm. Started vomiting 3 minutes after I was finished and could not stop. Went to Emergency room at Valley Medical where I was treated and had tests to rule out other possibilities and was diagnosed as food poisoning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
