给我女儿吃了顿饭还有一个 McChicken 为我自己准备了薯条。我先吃了薯条，当我去吃一口 Mcchicken 时，我发现了一个巨大的灰熊东西，所以没吃。我只吃了薯条。我女儿吃了薯条后，她有剧烈的上腹痛，然后出现严重的水样腹泻。我讨厌同样的上胃痛，然后也讨厌腹泻，这种情况不会停止。带有粘液和橙色的水样。

I ate a McChicken sandwich on Friday at 4 ish. I got home and in 15 minutes i had already gotten diarrhea. Later that night i had a bunch of nausea. I still have these symptoms and its Sunday  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

那天晚上 2 点左右我买了 2 个巨无霸一个 McChicken 薯条我开始醒来时胃痉挛和扭曲、dierria 和高烧，如果没有胃困扰我我就无法回去睡觉，我的妻子也有胃痉挛和 dieera，在我们吃了食物 8 小时后就开始回合了
