在一场女子垒球比赛之后，我们中的 7 个人在约巴琳达的 Ruby 餐厅吃了饭。大概是 12 点钟了。我们开车回到我们居住的加利福尼亚州博蒙特，进食大约 2-2 个半小时后我开始感到恶心。我吃了 Cobb 沙拉和巧克力奶昔。感到恶心不久之后，我开始呕吐。过了一会儿我得了腹泻。我扔了大约半加仑或更多的装满液体的 “东西”。这持续了 8 个小时。我没有去看医生，因为我病得很重并且经常呕吐，而且周六晚上（11 月 19 日）已经很晚了，我不得不在当地的急诊室等候，因为我们的紧急护理已经关闭。真是个噩梦！

On November 16th I drank a cookies and cream milkshake at the chick fil a on Ellison and about half an hour after I left I immediately became nauseous and that's when all sickness came on at once  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I got out of school & went to go eat at in n out at around 4pm & I got home & took a nap. When I woke up I felt like throwing up badly & I had diarrhea, I had ordered a cheeseburger plain & a vanilla milkshake  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I was ordering everything normal, but the man behind the counter asked me if I wanted a new testing milkshake flavor, "Banana Fudge". I got the milkshake, and that was the only new thing I've ever gotten from there. I've never had any problems before with that place.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
