I got a horrible food poisoning from the food served on flight EK978 from Tehran to Dubai on Sep 20, 2019. Then I had to sot through a 13 hour flight ftom Dubai to Melbourne without slightest assistance from the crew.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

,25.08.2019 me and my friends ate the beef lunch... a few hours later we all started suffering from bad stomachache, vomiting, diarrhea, our whole bodies hurt, got hot and cold, including light fever and cold sweat.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 出汗, 胃痛

Flight EK 609 DXB to KHI - Ate the standard Asian meal. Got sick after a few hours before eating anything else. Same happened on the way back to DXB from KHI. Severe Diarrhea and Fever both times. Still suffering after 3 days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

早餐吃了素食咖喱，几个小时后开始感到恶心和腹泻，这是一家四口之家，我们在飞机上吃早餐大约 2 小时后。从7月15日星期一开始，整个家庭仍然有胃痛和腹泻。而且由于这些症状我无法上班。

My partner she ate the food (beef something) on flight EK450 from Bali to Auckland. When we land into auckland she puke it all out. And still vomitting after 8h., I dont know about other passenger. Started 2 to 3h after the meal served on the plane  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻
