2019 年 4 月 24 日至 4 月 29 日参加了儿子在博士举行的婚礼。3 天后，参加婚礼派对和婚礼参加者的 9 人遭受了严重的呕吐、腹泻和恶心病例。其中两位客人病得很重，以至于实际上已经昏倒了。在我们逗留期间，每个人都在不同的餐厅吃过饭，所以我们无法确定疾病的来源。当我们告诉他们我们的病情时，酒店没有提供任何帮助。他们主动提出请家庭医生去看病，费用为250美元。这是我经历过的最严重的胃病 —— 出汗、发冷、呕吐、腹泻和手部麻木。我们回家后不得不寻求医疗救助。立即联系了公司办公室，他们告诉我们，众所周知，你不是喝水或用水刷牙。我们被指示联系酒店。到目前为止，Hard Rock 还没有采取任何后续行动。这起事件发生在媒体报道最近的死亡事件之前。我仍然有胃部问题，回家后已经去过我的私人医生 3 次了。

My husband and I were on a family trip. My husband and I were very ill. Four others just had diarrhea. I took antibiotic upon my return and recovered. My husband as well. This was July 30 - August 4th 2018, We got sick about 3 days… 更多

I was at hotel June 10 got very ill after 2 days I never drank the water or drank from the mini bar. It was horrible. STARDE nausea, followed by severe stomach cramping, the loose stool did not come until the next day. My husband got sick… 更多

We traveled there 6/9/19-6/13/19 my daughter and 4 others were hospitalized with the same symptoms on 6/12.. they were released 6/14/19 I fell ill early morning 6/14 (1am) was hospitalized until 6/16/19 and came home .. down 10lbs .. still not well  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I was there in April of 2016 for a leadership conference with my previous employer. As a food service professional, things seemed off from day one. Improper food handling, dangerous food temps, off tasting alcoholic beverages etc. There was close to 1000 attendees including spouses. So many… 更多

I ate and stayed there. Worst food I’ve ever had. Then to top it off, the police pulled us over and demanded money or they said they would have to take us to jail., The symptoms started one day after arriving.  | 症状: 呕吐, 发烧, 腹泻
