Ate at Zen , hibachi grill , steak house and room service. Could not breathe, I could barely walk I did get stopped by guests to help me very week when I got home had 103 fever in hospital and had a really bad rash on back… 更多

The night before we ate at Caribbean cuisine Isla. Food wasnt that good. We had few cocktails at the room after dinner. That night was really bad. Vomiting, diarrhea, shivers, nausea. I was miserable for 48 hours., Only me. My partner was fine.  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻

I had felt fine the entire vacation until the day we were leaving. I had my first salad at the steakhouse and we left at 500. All day I experienced cramping and excessive diarrhea It lessened at 24 hours but contued for a few days after. This was from a trip in April  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 抽筋
