I had an açaí primo energy bowl and a kale-ribbean breeze smoothie.. only an hour after I ate.. I vomited and had diarrhea for about 2 hours straight! Still feeling queasy and trying to sleep it off. Not happy  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

下午 1 点左右和朋友一起去了 jamba juice，我对加勒比海充满热情，她有一台橙色的梦想机器，在 2 小时内我们都感到非常疲倦和头晕，然后大约 30 分钟后我们俩都呕吐了，发烧了。那是我们今天唯一拥有的东西。现在已经晚上 7 点了还是觉得很恶心  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 头晕
