Constant dizzyness and major pain in my head and stomach at the beginning. 5hours later i was vomiting for 10minutes. I had vomited everything that i had eaten during the day. Then I had excessive diarrhea. Please do something about the acai bowl, thank you.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Stomach Pain

I had an açaí primo energy bowl and a kale-ribbean breeze smoothie.. only an hour after I ate.. I vomited and had diarrhea for about 2 hours straight! Still feeling queasy and trying to sleep it off. Not happy  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
