Got the PB and banana protein shake and a few hours later.. was extremely sick vomiting and muscle spasms in my stomach ... horrible pain and dehydration from all the vomiting. Went to ER and 3 days later still not back to myself yet.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Muscle Spasms, Dehydration

I got the PB & Bannana Protien shake and about 5 hours later I couldn't move or talk or I'd throw up. I have been vomiting and have had diarhia for about 19 hours since I drank it and I'm still in and out of the bathroom.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Around 12 pm I've got a Matcha Green Tea with almond milk on Larchmont Ave (I didn't eat anything before that), 30 min later while driving on a canyon I felt really bad and once I got to the place I was going to, I had vomited everything ... Never going back!!!!  | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting
