我在 17 年 10 月 6 日晚上 9 点 45 分至 10 点之间订购了一个奶酪披萨。我在 10:30 左右回到家吃了披萨。自从上午 10 点 30 分早餐以来，我没有吃过任何其他食物。17 年 6 月 11 日凌晨 3 点左右，我醒来时出现严重的胃痛、头痛和呕吐，一直持续到上午 9 点 30 分。之后，随着体温的发烧，头痛和胃痛继续存在。2017 年 6 月 12 日我今天还感觉不舒服。
