2016 年 11 月 27 日，托马斯 38127 日，我和我的孩子们吃了塔可钟的硬壳炸玉米饼。我先给了年幼的孩子炸玉米饼，当我吃了一点炸玉米饼时，我注意到嘴里有恶臭的味道。我立刻闻到了炸玉米饼壳的味道，它们都闻起来像旧的油漆碎片。摄入并闻到贝壳后我得了偏头痛。我回去了那个夜班经理很粗鲁，问我们想让她怎么做，我们要求退款。我的头正在杀死我，我有我需要测试的炸玉米饼壳的样本。

Went to Taco Bell Friday night at around 7:30. By 9:00 I was vomiting nonstop, and by 11:00 I had horrible diarheaa.this continued all through Saturday and into Sunday. It's Sunday afternoon and I am only now feeling better.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
