أكلت هناك ليلة السبت. تناولت بوريتو الدجاج مع الفاصوليا السوداء والخس والجبن والخس الخفيف. استيقظت في وقت مبكر من صباح الأحد وهي تتقيأ. أصيبت بالحمى بحلول الساعة 8 صباحًا.

10/05/2021 طلبت صديقتي الفتاة ذلك الليلة الماضية لتناول العشاء وبعد ساعتين بدأت تظهر عليها علامات التسمم الغذائي. أنا مواساة سوم كذلك ولكن ليس بقدر ما فعلت لذلك أعراضي ليست بهذا السوء. كان هذا هو الطعام الوحيد الذي استهلكناه في ذلك اليوم باستثناء وجبة الإفطار التي قمنا بتقديمها…

Thursday October 4, at 1pm I had a burrito bowl with chicken. No beans, lettuce or guacamole. Only had white rice, chicken, salsa and cheese. Also had chips and a drink. Symptoms started the next morning at 6am vomiting, nausea and diarrhea are still happening at 11am.

Ate around 12 hours ago. In the middle of the night I have intense diarrhea and nausea. Dry mouth. Feel horrible still. Diarrhea then occurs again.

Chicken burrito, white rice, black beans, hot salsa, sour cream and chips with tomatillo salsa. Ate it at 12:30 on 12/18 and diarrhea started around 5:30. Vomiting started around 7:30 and continued until 1am and diarrhea is still happening at 7:30 am.
