2021 年 5 月 10 日我的女朋友昨晚点了它吃晚饭，两个小时后开始出现食物中毒的迹象。我也安慰了索姆，但没有她那么多，所以我的症状没那么严重。那是我们那天吃的唯一食物，除了早餐是我们在早上 11 点左右健身房锻炼后在家做的早餐，早餐后一切都很好。

Thursday October 4, at 1pm I had a burrito bowl with chicken. No beans, lettuce or guacamole. Only had white rice, chicken, salsa and cheese. Also had chips and a drink. Symptoms started the next morning at 6am vomiting, nausea and diarrhea are still happening at 11am.

Ate around 12 hours ago. In the middle of the night I have intense diarrhea and nausea. Dry mouth. Feel horrible still. Diarrhea then occurs again.

I had a burrito bowl with Steak, mild & medium, corn salsa, sour cream and guacamole around 7:30pm for dinner. At about 1:30am I was awakened by the feel of nausea. That has never happened before, and I am not a very nauseous person. I had nothing…

Chicken burrito, white rice, black beans, hot salsa, sour cream and chips with tomatillo salsa. Ate it at 12:30 on 12/18 and diarrhea started around 5:30. Vomiting started around 7:30 and continued until 1am and diarrhea is still happening at 7:30 am.
