Thursday October 4, at 1pm I had a burrito bowl with chicken. No beans, lettuce or guacamole. Only had white rice, chicken, salsa and cheese. Also had chips and a drink. Symptoms started the next morning at 6am vomiting, nausea and diarrhea are still happening at 11am.

Chicken burrito, white rice, black beans, hot salsa, sour cream and chips with tomatillo salsa. Ate it at 12:30 on 12/18 and diarrhea started around 5:30. Vomiting started around 7:30 and continued until 1am and diarrhea is still happening at 7:30 am.
