Report date: Apr 21, 20265. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: observed no clean up procedure or supplies on premises to respond to vomit and diarrheal events. Instructed to provide both. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005 citation issued.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed excessive amount of ice build up inside box display ice cream freezer and the vegetable box freezer. Must remove ice and clean freezers.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed dirt and debris on floor inside walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, and rear food storage area, especially underneath pallets. Must clean and maintain.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed unoperable mechanical ventilation in the rear unisex washroom. Must repair and maintain.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: observed previous core violations not corrected from inspection report# 2484580 on 02/5/2021. #38. Observed a 1/4" gap at the bottom in the middle of the front entrance doors. Must provide a tight-fitting seal at all outer openings to prevent the entry of pests. #53. Observed no covered receptacle in both unisex public/employee toliet rooms. Instructed to provide and maintain. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090 citation issued.
